In Interior Design Studio I, students apply concepts and theories learned in foundation classes to small-scale interior spaces. Emphasis is placed on the design process in developing solutions for design projects.

For the project displayed in this category, students have been asked to design a studio condominium in an apartment complex in the city of CA for a client from the list. Architectural floor plans have been provided. Students were asked to complete programming, develop a concept, space plan, furnish the apartment, select finishes and materials, and prepare digital boards to present their design concept. They were also required to build a physical 3D model for the visual presentation.
